Kinisys was built on a single observation: the cost of writing software has collapsed, but most agencies still bill like it's 2015. Most shops bolt a copilot onto a traditional pipeline and call it innovation. We invert it: AI agents do the building, senior engineers architect and review. That's where the 10× actually comes from — not from typing faster, but from changing who does the work.
AI writes production-grade code when it's supervised, sandboxed, and reviewed line-by-line — and dangerous when it isn't. Every line we ship is read by a senior engineer, tested, and security-audited. Speed without that discipline is just technical debt delivered faster.

Yes — but only when an experienced engineering team controls the architecture, prompts, review process, and quality gates around it. We don't ship anything that hasn't been read line-by-line by a senior. The AI is the developer; we're the staff engineer, tech lead, and QA combined.
You do. 100%. The code lives in your GitHub organization from the first commit. No license-back, no shared ownership, no "platform" you have to keep paying for. Walk away whenever you want, the entire stack is yours.
Security is part of the architecture phase, not an afterthought. We default to SOC 2-aligned patterns: encrypted at rest and in transit, least-privilege IAM, audit logging, dependency scanning, and SAST in CI. For HIPAA, PCI, or GDPR-bound builds we sign BAAs and design controls in from day one.
Two answers. Small changes within the locked scope: zero cost, same week. Genuinely new scope: we quote a delta in 24 hours and re-baseline the timeline. Because the agent fleet works 10× faster, what would have been a 4-week change order is usually 3–4 days of work.
Default stack: Next.js / React / TypeScript on the front end, Node.js or Python (FastAPI) on the back end, PostgreSQL plus Redis, hosted on AWS or Vercel. AI layer: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and open-weights via LangGraph or custom orchestrators. If you have a hard requirement (Java, .NET, on-prem), we adapt.

Every build includes a 30-day post-launch window for fixes and tuning, free of charge. After that, most clients move into a quarterly iteration retainer — same engineers, same agents, fixed monthly cost, continuous roadmap delivery.
Three layers: (1) architecture is human-designed and locked before any AI code is written, (2) every PR is reviewed by a senior engineer with our internal eval suite, (3) automated tests, load tests, and security audits run in CI before anything reaches production.
